General instructions!

  • To get a working client (for any operating system) you only have to download the for your OS suitable client-package! After the first start or login the client will download the datafiles (about 60Mb) automatically. In case this does not happen, please download them manually and move them into the corresponding location in the client directory.

  • Expanding:
    - The Windows-client is compressed with ZIP. Either decompress with the internal Windows ZIP program, or use a program of your choice.
    - The Macintosh client is compressed with Stuffit. Please expand with Stuffit Expander and start the language version of your choice.

  • Updates: Once installed completely the client can update itself after every server-update. In case the update process fails due to technical difficulties, just download the updatesfiles HERE or install a complete new set of client and datafiles.
